Monk

Monks are practitioners of body, breath, discipline, and motion. In Teradill, they may come from shrine traditions, Selene wanderers, martial schools, ascetic orders, or experimental Scholarium programs studying the body as a living instrument.

How Aeloria understands this class

To an Auralian scholar, a monk can be difficult to classify. Their practice looks physical, spiritual, and sometimes impossible. They may be respected as disciplined ascetics or dismissed as “unmeasured” until they cross a courtyard faster than a clockwork courier.

Practice and power

Monks train breath, posture, focus, balance, endurance, and striking forms until the body becomes a precise tool. Some explain this through spiritual practice; others through physiology, resonance, or disciplined will.

At the Grand Scholarium

At the Scholarium, monks may serve as tutors in focus, Null-Bout competitors, bodyguards, shrine walkers, or students in departments fascinated by sound, motion, and embodied control.
